Premium crab meat, pan seared and baked, served with BLU'S remoulade sauce

BLU WINGS 
CHOICES:Sweet Chili • Lemon pepper • buffalo • garlic parmesan  

MUSSELS
Steamed green mussels in a spicy tarragon cream sauce served with garlic bread            

SHRIMP

CHOICES: Sweet Chili • grilled • Coconut • Jerk • honey glazed

FRIED CALAMARI

Served with Marinara or  Sweet chili sauce

7oz salmon fillet, seasoned with BLU's curated herbs and spices

Chef's choice salmon, delicately grilled to perfection, paired with shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Served with your choice of Jasmine rice, Rice and peas or mashed potatoes
 
OXTAIL
Slow stewed oxtail, chefs select herbs and spices, with light ginger and thyme. your choice of creamy mashed potatoes, coconut rice and peas or jasmine rice

STUFFED LOBSTER TAIL
6oz Lobster tail stuffed with shrimp and crab meat, served with sautéed asparagus and creamy mashed potatoes


LAMB CHOPS 
Pan seared lamb to your liking, simmered in a red wine reduction sauce, served with creamy mashed potatoes sautéed asparagus
