ACKEE AND SALT FISH ROLL
Deep fried spring rolls, stuffed with a delicious ackee and salted codfish blend, served with sweet chili sauce.

A beautiful seafood mix, in a flavorful broth with carrot , potatoes and pumpkin

Seared scallops, in a garlic lemon butter sauce, paired with sautéed spinach and cherry tomatoes

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
Seasoned chicken breast filled with seasoned spinach, herbs and sun dried tomatoes served with mash potatoes and sweet plantain
 

SALMON AND SHRIMP, COLOSSAL CRAB CHESAPEAKE
Savory salmon with shrimp, topped with crab meat, served with sauces spinach and mash potatoes


CARIBBEAN SNAPPER  
Caribbean Red Snapper with your choice of Brown Stew or traditional Escovitch. Pair with your choice of rice or creamy mash potatoes.


MAMA'S LOBSTER SEAFOOD MEDLEY  
Whole Lobster, artfully seasoned. Served with fresh mussels, shrimp and large scallops in a garlic butter sauce


OXTAIL  
Slow Stewed Oxtail, infused with light ginger and thyme, accompanied by butter bean. Your choice of rice and peas or creamy mash potatoes.
